Mary Ellen's Refrigerator Rolls

Enjoy this recipe from Knowles member/instructor, Mary Ellen!

1/2 C Crisco, 3/8 C sugar  (cream)
1/2 C boiling water - pour gradually
1/2 C warm water & 1 package of yeast
1 egg well beaten

Add egg to cooled mixture and add yeast mixture.
Add 3 cups of flour to which 1/2 tsp salt has been added, one cup at a time mixing well after each addition.
Put in refrigerator. Make out as needed, kneading in extra flour for ease in handling.  Let rise 2 hours in warm place.
Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
